Q: How long will it take for me to get a tracking number for my purchase?
Tracking numbers require 24 to 48 hours to be produced depending the workflow of order submission to our craftsmen. Orders will be tracked through FedEx.
Q: How long will it take for my purchase to be shipped?
All polylumber purchases will be shipped within one to two days after tracking number generation. For products constructed from pine, 10 days. Products made from cypress will take 30 days. Please understand delays in shipping can occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our products are shipped from Philadelphia and Louisiana--shipments may take an additional one to five days to reach the mailing address on the product order depending on where it is being shipped to.
